Feasibility and Maturity

The Feasibility & Maturity Tile

The Feasibility & Maturity tile sits in the Portfolio zone on the left side of the desktop. It gives you a live, at-a-glance picture of your portfolio's current assessment state without needing to open any window.

How it works

The tile rotates automatically through a series of views every few seconds, each highlighting a different aspect of your assessment. Click the action button on any view to open the full Feasibility & Maturity window.

If no drivers have been scored yet, the tile prompts you to start your first assessment.

The Views

Overall Score

The headline view. Shows your portfolio's overall maturity score on a semicircular gauge from 0 to 10, colour-coded by band, with a one-line summary of what the band means.

Band Score Colour
Under Performing 1–2 Red
Average 3–5 Yellow
High 6–8 Green
Over Performing 9–10 Blue

Category Scores

Shows a bar for each of the three dimensions — Governance, Architecture, and People — with the score, band label, and an overall summary line at the bottom. The lowest-scoring dimension is marked to draw your attention to where effort is most needed.

Risk Alert

Highlights drivers with a high risk score — calculated as the gap between maximum possible impact and actual impact, multiplied by the driver's weight. Only shown when drivers are flagged at High or Critical risk.

Each flagged driver shows its name, dimension, and risk severity:

Severity Risk score
Low Below 10
Moderate 10–19
High 20–29
Critical 30 and above

Weakest Area

Focuses on the single lowest-scoring dimension. Shows the dimension name, score, a progress bar, how far it sits below the overall score, and the three lowest-impact drivers within that dimension — so you know exactly where to focus next.

Score Composition

Shows how the overall score is calculated — a stacked bar representing each dimension's contribution, followed by the breakdown formula for each:
