The Intelligence Hub
The Intelligence Hub is the analytical heart of Vane Loop. While the Portfolio gives you a view of what you have, the Intelligence Hub helps you understand the health, direction, and value of your data and AI portfolio.
It sits on the right side of the desktop and contains five tools, each opening in its own window.

Scenario Analysis
"Compare value across different scenarios"
The flagship planning tool. Scenario Analysis plots all your portfolio items on a 2×2 quadrant chart — Feasibility on one axis, Business Value on the other. You can toggle initiatives on and off to simulate how planned improvement work would shift items across the quadrant.
Use this to answer: "If we execute these three initiatives, which products become viable — and which ones are still stuck?"

Initiative Analysis
"Track initiative impact and progress" · Beta
A deeper dive into a selected set of initiatives. Initiative Analysis lets you choose which initiatives to include and then examines their projected effect across three tabs: Overview, Impact Analysis, and Comparison.
Use this to answer: "What is the combined impact of our Governance initiatives — and how does that compare to our Architecture initiatives?"

Strategic Roadmap
"Plan and visualise your strategic timeline" · Early Preview
A portfolio-level financial and timeline planner. The Strategic Roadmap has two views:
- Financial — aggregated revenue, cost, and net value projections across the portfolio
- Roadmap — a Gantt-style timeline showing when initiatives and portfolio items are scheduled across strategic phases
Use this to answer: "What does our portfolio's financial trajectory look like over the next 36 months — and when does each initiative land?"

Maturity Analysis
"Assess product maturity levels" · Early Preview
A portfolio-wide view of maturity scores across all items, helping identify patterns and outliers in Governance, Architecture, and People dimensions.

True-up
"Reconcile and balance portfolio values" · Early Preview
The True-up tool creates a snapshot of the portfolio at a point in time — locking in assessed values for reporting, audit, or governance purposes. Snapshots can be set to Draft, Final, or Archived status.
Use this for periodic portfolio reviews, board reporting, or any situation where you need a fixed, auditable record of portfolio state.

Maturity Labels
Some Intelligence Hub tools carry a label indicating their development status:

| (none) | Generally available — stable and fully supported |
| Beta | Functional and available to all users; interface or calculations may still evolve |
| Early Preview | Available to explore but subject to significant change; not recommended for critical reporting |
Access
All Intelligence Hub tools are visible on the desktop. Access to individual tools may be restricted by your role or subscription plan. If a tool shows a lock state when opened, contact your organisation admin.
